Please note that a non-refundable deposit (20% of the service) is required to hold your appointment time. The deposit will be used toward the final amount.
All sales, including bookings, are final, and no refunds will be issued. A booking can only be modified up to 48h before the appointment. Once that 48h has been entered, the booking cannot be changed. Client forfeits all money paid when cancelling within 48h or not showing up to their appointment.
