These are used to connect and infuse …you can take a few drops on a spoon, add to tea, add to tonic water and make a spiritual non alcoholic cocktail (which is my favorite) so many uses to enhance one’s practice and intentions.
How to use
Set up a sacred space and set clear intentions. Take 3 drops - hold in your mouth - swallow and notice what you feel. Write down what comes up. Then repeat another 3 drops - hold in your mouth - swallow and notice what you feel.
If needed, do another 3 drops for a total of 9 drops.
